If your order includes jewelries from the shop, I need 1-2 working days to get ready for shipping. Before putting them into a SERAFIN jewelry box, I energetically cleanse and recharge them to reaching you in their best condition.
If you would like to order a special jewelry which is not found in the shop, please do not hesitate to contact me, it is my pleasure to create the one for you.

Shipping in Hungary takes 1-2 business days and it's free.
For other countries there are flat rates depending on from which country the order is placed.
Within the EU: in 2-4 business days for 3000 HUF
Other countries in Europe and close to Europe: in 2-5 business days for 4000 HUF
Overseas: in 2-9 business days for 5000 HUF
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If the jewelries are not as you accepted, contact me and return your online order up to 14 days after receipt.
Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging.
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method used at purchase.
